Fresh Snapper cooked on cast iron over open flame.

Tonight’s dinner, fresh Snapper from Casamar Seafood Market.

Marinated in Kev’s homemade marinate, which included Bone Lee’s Gourmet “Original” Hot Sauce.

This tasty meal was complemented with sautéed mushroom, onions, and tomato’s, then topped with Aged Asiago Cheese. 20151228_173956

Everything was cook on a  Lodge cast iron skillet, open flame – charcoal- wood.

The wood burning give off a great smoky flavor  while cooking, the charcoal helps ignite the water soaked wood.

This meal was served with sides of  Amy’s homemade black beans and rice.

This is a Kev original and the  combination of smoke, marinate, veggies, rice, beans and cheese is something that excites your taste buds, a full flavor that they are not expecting.  Thanks for reading.
